Johannes Kepler was
a German mathematician, astronomer and astrologer.He was the key figure in the 17th century scientific. He was born around 1 pm on December 27,1571 in Weil Der Stadt,Württemberg in the Holy Roman Empire. Kepler died on November 15,1630 and was only 47years when he discovered the harmonics Laws.
He was the one that also discovered the "Laws of Planetary Motion".
